Retention policy: original evidence is scheduled for deletion 30 days after a verification decision; unresolved processing is limited to 90 days; minimal verification results remain while the review exists and for 90 days after closure; access logs are retained for 180 days. Disputes and legal holds pause the relevant deletion and require regular review. Service outages can delay scheduled deletion. Files stay encrypted and private during the delay. We pause new uploads when cleanup checks are unhealthy and resume cleanup after service recovery.
A review verification result supports this review workflow only. It is not a medical-license, credential, or provider-identity guarantee.
Live deletion does not immediately remove protected backups. The existing backup-expiry schedule remains in force, and a legal hold suspends the relevant deletion review.
